1. What is the age range for children attending your preschool?
Our preschool welcomes children ages 1 to 6 years old.
2. Do you provide full-time care?
Yes! We offer full-day programs as well as part-time options for families who need shorter hours.
3. What are your operating hours?
We provide morning, afternoon, or full-day care from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

7. How do you ensure the safety and security of the children?
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Staff undergo background checks, we practice regular safety drills, and follow strict health and safety protocols.
8. What is the enrollment process like?
We invite families for a personal tour to meet the team, explore the environment, and see how our Spanish immersion, art, and Reggio Emilia approach supports your child’s growth.
9. How do you handle food allergies?
We take allergies very seriously. Families provide allergy information at enrollment, and we ensure all snacks are safe. Staff are trained to respond quickly to allergic reactions, and we maintain a no-sharing policy.
10. How do you handle challenging behavior?
We use positive guidance, gentle redirection, and life-skills teaching. Children learn communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving, with consistent strategies coordinated with families.
11. Do you accept children who are not potty trained? Do you charge extra?
Yes, we welcome children who are not yet potty trained. We support potty training positively and do not charge extra.
12. Are immunizations mandatory?
Yes. We follow state regulations requiring up-to-date immunizations to ensure a safe environment for all children.
13. Do you teach in both English and Spanish?
Yes! Our program provides full Spanish immersion, with English explanations as needed. Children learn vocabulary, songs, stories, and concepts in both languages, building early bilingual skills naturally.
14. Is art a part of the daily curriculum?
Absolutely! Art is central to our program. Children engage daily in painting, drawing, sculpture, sensory art, and creative projects, fostering self-expression, problem-solving, and imagination.
